I am searching for a friendly, clean, single housemate who doesn’t smoke and is interested in a rental arrangement, sharing the kitchen, dining area, and living space. I’m not one for constant parties, but I do value the freedom to enjoy everyday life in a comfortable environment. Ideally, I’d prefer someone who doesn’t work from home on a regular basis, as the space isn’t large enough to accommodate all of us at once. It’s located at 22 John Street, just minutes away from Highway 401. It offers a resort-style living experience and comes with fantastic amenities, including a gym with top-of-the-line equipment, a yoga studio, in-site bike racks, a games lounge, and monthly events. You’ll also find a spin studio, resident lounge, large chef-style kitchen, and an urban cafe with free coffee daily. And if you’re into outdoor relaxation, there’s an outdoor terrace with a fire pit and barbecues.

The neighborhood has everything you need within reach, including Dollarama, Shoppers, Popeyes, Tim Hortons, coffee shops, pharmacies, dry cleaning, grocery stores, and major banks right downstairs. I’m mostly at the apartment on weekdays, but I make the most of my weekends by going out and exploring.
