Very spacious and clean room available for females only. 10min walk to Sperling Station and 5min walk to Bus stop #144 and 134. Ideal for single professionals or students. Room is on the ground level. Bathroom shared with 1 person. Kitchen is on the 1st level shared with the owners(family of 4, couple with 2 daughters). Street parking available. We don’t allow visitors, no drugs, no pets, no smoking, no parties. If you are the ideal candidate please give a brief description of yourself, how long you intend to stay and what you do.

I occupy the other room in the ground level and will be sharing the bathroom with you. The owner is a family of 4 with 2 daughters 17 and 14.
