Looking for a roommate to share our 3bdrm, 1.5 bath townhouse with my husband and I and our small, friendly dog in NE Edmonton. Use of washer and dryer, kitchen and shared bathrooms included. Single person only preferred, but may consider couple. No dogs, but may consider cat for right person with references. Great area close to all amenities, bus stop right outside, 10 minute bus ride to LRT. Fairly quiet complex, very walkable, quiet, pretty safe neighbourhood, lots of parks nearby. No parking included (lots of street parking, but no plug ins - sorry!).

We are looking for someone who is quiet and mature with good communication.

Unfurnished, good sized room with sort-of closet (no door, has railing to hang clothes), easily fits a double bed, dresser etc. No smoking/vaping or drugs of any kind on the property.

$650 + 1/3 utilities and internet. Available immediately. $650 damage deposit. Must have references and a reliable way to pay rent (we do not discriminate against those who are unemployed as long as you can pay rent and utilities) and credit check is not required.

We are neurodivergent and prefer a quiet, calm home and are looking for a roommate that prefers the same.

No Trump or Elon Musk supporters, fascists, bigots, anti-LGBTQ+, Nazis (Neo or otherwise), Christian Nationalists (Christians in general are totally fine, as are any other religions) or racists will be accepted.
