My wife and I are looking for an easy going roommate (preferably female between the ages of 22 to 44), yet respectful, to share a living area of a house with. It is important that the potential roommate is clean, mature and respectful. The location of this place is near all amenities, offers a room for one occupant, one car, hydro, water, laundry and internet (included). The room that I am renting out is furnished; it has a queen bed, table and a mini fridge. The new roommate will be sharing a washroom with one female and she is in her early thirties. The neighbors for this area are very friendly.

In addition, the house has a huge backyard. The location for this house is 30 seconds away from the bus stop (Bus #21, 22, 26 and more; bus #26 goes directly to UVic). It takes 8 minutes to drive to downtown and a few minutes to drive to Camosun College (Interurban).
