Looking to sublet one bedroom in my two bedroom apartment (current roomie is leaving to move in with her boyfriend). April 1 2025 to July 31 2025 with the potential to renew.

About the Unit:

• Rent: $850/month
• Wi-Fi: $35/month
• Utilities: $20/month
• No-smoking building
• Coin operated laundry in the building
• We have an assigned outdoor parking spot that I do not use (I don’t drive), so all yours if you have a car
• #2 and downtown express busses stop right outside the front door, #3 & #4 down the street.
• The unit is on the 4th (top) floor, but the building does not have an elevator
• Down the street from Sobeys, Fit4Less, and restaurants
• Potential renter must be cat friendly, as I have one cat (Mushroom 🍄), but the building only allows 1/unit so no additional pets.

• I’m a 24 y/o Dal grad working full time, mega nerdy and a huge lover of tattoos, Lego, and making art
• I am super clean and quiet, looking for someone who is also able to respect the unit’s shared spaces
• Single occupancy only (would be cool with a partner staying over as long as it is communicated and less than 1/2 of the week)
• Will need to complete application with proof of income for landlord
