Fits a queen bed no problem. In-suite laundry machines and dishwasher. House is in a quiet neighbourhood in the South-East end, and we have a nice sized backyard. There is a 2 bedroom unit downstairs, occupied by 2 male working professionals. My ex and I co-own the house, and he resides in the downstairs unit. The downstairs unit has its own seperate entrance.
I’m a 30 year old working professional. I like down time at home but also getting out with friends, rock climbing, and pilates. I am vegan, so someone who is vegetarian or vegan would be a great fit, but as long as someone is respectful then it shouldn’t be an issue. I have a small hypoallergenic dog who is very cuddly, so you would need to enjoy the company of him to thrive here. Due to owner and tenant allergies & current pet’s needs, no other pets please.
