There are Two bedrooms available in a full basement, includes a, large living room with fire place, a small barely kitchen and full bathroom. The occupants could be virtually I dependant yet must access the unit through a shared laundry room

My husband and I live in our large home now that kids are off at Uni, the basement is completely empty and we would appreciate additional income. Ideally we would prefer minimal interactions with tenants, but we cannot market it as a “Basement Suite” as the entry is through a shared space and there is not a full stove.
