The Pond Road

The Quad is a student housing at York University for York University and Seneca at York students. It is conveniently located on the southern side of York University Keele Campus, and you can enjoy restaurants and services right at your doorstep. The Quad offers spacious, quiet and state-of-the-art facilities, such as a gym, common areas, lounge, and study spaces. This unit has a fully furnished kitchen, living room, bedroom, and high-speed internet and heating/cooling.

There is 3 other roommates, and everyone is really kind and considerate of the shared spaces, such as the kitchen and the living room. This room is a shared bedroom, and my current roommate is looking to sublease too. So if you have a friend it will be perfect!
