3-bedroom 2-bathroom newly renovated apartment. Incredibly spacious and comfortable. With floor-to-ceiling windows in both the living room and bedrooms, the views are stunning! The apartment is on the 13th floor, so you will get a great view of Yaletown from the bedding, and the living room has views overlooking Pacific Blvd and Marina. Roughly 1500 square feet. Everything in the apartment is brand new, including all furniture and appliances. We have a dishwasher and in-unit laundry which is amazing! The building has amenities such as a beautiful courtyard, pool, and fitness center! The apartment is a 3-minute walk from our door to the Yaletown-Roundhouse skytrain platform.
