PENTHOUSE SUITE!!! Primary suit that could fit a king bed if you wish but I currently have it furnished with a brand new queen mattress. Walk through huge closet to a private ensure. I’m looking to rent that space out privately and share the main kitchen area and living room.

I am a single mother with 50% custody of my children. They are here week on week off. They each have their own room. They are 8 and 10 and an absolute delight.

I volunteer monthly or more with the CBE so I have completed my background checks, including vulnerable sector as I would need my roomate to do also. I am willing to subtract the nominal application fee cost off rent.

I am extremely cleanly. There is underground and above ground parking available for additional rent here or the crowfoot c-train is a quick 5-8 minute walk away!

Dogs are allowed for a small pet fee as per the owners. I am allergic and need hypoallergenic breeds. The children are trained to safely interact with most animals but no animals with a bite history please.

There is a clubhouse with two golf simulators. Huge gym. Pool table. Free Starbucks, office quiet rooms, a pool and beach access.
