On a quiet family orientated street, just off Chilliwack Central & Broadway, we have one furnished bedroom in a home shared by a young family of four and one international student. This room is best suited for a student or a young professional looking for a home. The room has a large window facing the front garden, we have a large backyard with fruit trees, and there is a park across the street. There is central heating and air conditioning, and internet and all utilities are included. You would share a separate bathroom and separate laundry only with the international student. There is a second kitchen (including your own large fridge / freezer) where you can prepare your own meals and eat them in your own dining area. Alternatively, you can share meals upstairs with our family for an extra $300 per month. We are looking for an emotionally mature person who will fit in well with our family and our student. This means there will be no smoking, no drugs (including cannabis), no weapons, no alcohol use, no overnight guests, and no pets in our home. Also, since we host a young international student, we will require the tenant to provide a vulnerable sector criminal record check in addition to a reference.
