This basement suite is in an amazing location! Around a 25 minute walk to kits beach, and a 10 minute walk to west broadway with safeway and many restaurants nearby! The 33 bus to UBC/29th Ave is literally right outside the doorstep, and a short 2 minute walk away from the 2 bus that takes you downtown in less than 20 minutes. The basement is around 750 sq ft and is pretty bright. Heating, water, and laundry is included but insurance and wifi will come to around $45 a month. Theres a dishwasher which is a big bonus :) The room has a big closet and the backyard has a garden and shed for storage! Minimum stay is start of July to end of April :)

I’m in my second year of kinesiology at UBC, originally from Maple Ridge. I’m super easygoing and quiet, and I enjoy studying at cafes, running the seawall, and having relaxing nights in. I work as a swim coach, and am generally pretty busy. But I’d love to have a roommate who’d join me sometimes in exploring the area, as I also still feel new to Vancouver 😊
