Current rates in this building would be $1,200/each, I’m only asking half the rent for the rate I pay, I’m not trying to gouge anyone.

7-10 min walk from 2 separate grocery stores and multiple convenience shops, public Transit is close by. Shared bathroom but you get your own sink and drawers. The livingroom is currently used as storage, but I am willing to move that stuff if you’d like to set that area up and make it feel more like a home. Shared kitchen/fridge, I don’t mind sharing all the cookware/dishes/utensils. There is a gym and room with pool table/other things you have access to. There is a single bed frame in there now, but that will be removed unless you would like to use it.

Internet is $50/each and I’ll show you the hydro bill and we can split that.

I might be willing to have a couple move in, but the rent will increase and we can discuss that in person.

I’m 36, like to ride motorcycles, play videogames, go outside 3/4 seasons so I’m mostly inside during the winter. It’s fairly quiet around the place, I don’t have parties or gatherings. I work in the aviation industry.
