Looking for a roommate for a private, unfurnished room in a three bedroom apartment in New Westminster. Great location, right next to a mall with a grocery store. Street parking is available, laundry is in the building (not coin operated), good price, great location. Room is $1000 with all utilities included aside from internet which is an extra $20 per month. One pet is okay but you will need to pay the landlord a pet deposit. We are looking for a roommate as soon as possible so please reach out if you are interested and want more information!
