Looking for TWO FEMALE roommates. One room is available March 1st 2025 and the other is available April 1st 2025. This townhouse in Barrhaven has 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms. All rooms are furnished with a bed and a desk. Washer,dryer, hydro, and wifi are all included in the $800 price. We have two living rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. We have a kitchen upstairs and a kitchenette downstairs. visitors and bike parking. Parking is an additional $20 a month.

We are looking for clean and quiet tenants. No pets because we have allergies 🤧
