The house is shared with other 3 people. The basement has a private area where you can set up your own living room, dining room, office, or anything you like! Besides the room, you have your own private bathroom and you will be sharing the kitchen, laundry & upstairs living room if you want!

We have 2 sweet cats, so you must be okay with that!

The house is located close to several bus stops, 20 min walk to Wellington, Dow’s Lake, Experimental Farm. Close to Westgate Mall for groceries & stores.
