We are looking for a female (preferred due to shared spaces) to rent these single bedrooms for comfort/security. The other two bedrooms are also rented to a females.

There are 3 single furnished bedrooms for 3 individuals - 2 are occupied. Top floor of home located near to Brentwood Mall. 1 occupant only per bedroom. Rental term: To expire on April 30. Shared living room, kitchen and laundry facilities.

Monthly housekeeping included but you are responsible for your own rooms between housekeeping visits and must clean up after yourself in all common areas. Each bedroom has its own personal air conditioner (built in). Telus Wi-Fi included.

New Couch, new microwave, new 55“ QLED TV, key locks for all bedrooms, new mattresses, desk and chair provided-all new items during the past 2.5 yrs.

Extremely easy access to buses and Skytrain.

Home policies will be established as we go to ensure that all occupants are comfortable and happy with their room/home. Starting points: No overnight guests. No illegal substances, no drugs, no illegal activity at or near the home. No pets. May require references.

Private bedroom details: Queen bed. Shared bathroom with one other roommate. Monthly: $900. First month’s rent plus 50% damage deposit required up front.
