Convenient location with easy access to all major routes for driving or Bus stop out front with routes going all directions, CTrain 2km away (<5 min bus ride). Furnished or unfurnished to your specific need can be negotiated - let me know what you need for furnishings or you have your own. Shopping center across street with everything you need - grocery, drugstore, medical, dental, courier, restaurant, gas station, Tim Horton’s, vet, Dollarama, and much more. For mutual respect and benefit of all occupants on the property, no smoking of any kind, no drugs, no partying, no overnight guests, no excessive drinking. Rent includes some utilities, details to be discussed.

It is expected cleaning is done after yourself for anything you’ve used to maintain a hygienic environment. We don’t leave overnight dishes, we are not clean freaks just like things tidy, organized and hygienic. One of the occupants often not home as his work involves alot of travels so you will often have the place to yourself or with one other roommate only.
