Share my 2 bedroom townhome with me! Great location near Bowmont park, in a small, quiet townhouse complex, with lots parkland nearby. Easy commute to the UofC or to SAIT on transit, with bus-stops half a block away going to either Crowfoot or Dalhousie LRT stations (20 minutes to UofC, 25 minutes to SAIT). Shared living space is on 2 levels, and is bright with large windows and comfy furniture. Your upstairs bedroom is very large, and furnished with a comfortable queen size bed, armoire, abundant closet space and with a private (ensuite) 3 piece bathroom (tub/shower). There’s a piano to play too, if you wish, and parking available in the driveway. My home is well-equipped with kitchen appliances, dishes, quality pots and pans, washer and dryer, and kitchen cupboard space for you. Available around the middle of December or beginning of January, as desired.

I am the owner (female professional, heterosexual) and I work fulltime (away from home) during weekdays and I am often away on weekends in the mountains. I am looking for a responsible, quiet, and considerate female roommate to share my home, preferably a post-secondary student. No pets, no smokers please. Minimum 4 months stay preferred.
