Subletting a bedroom in a large, spacious 3 1/2 top-floor duplex.
Located close to Joliceur and De l’Église metro, it’s in a nice part of the island with close access to downtown, but in a very quiet, family-friendly area. Cozy, bright bedroom with a lovely view Two balconies (perfect for reading, cooking, or enjoying the summer weather) Quiet, peaceful neighbourhood with easy access to downtown via Joliceur and De l’Église metro stations A spacious living room (which I try to keep nice, quiet, and closed-off so it’s a calm spot when you need to unwind).
About the roomies
I’m a Concordia engineering grad who loves to get outdoors! I’m all about hiking, camping, and rock-climbing at Allez-up. If you’re into any of that, then feel free to come along! 😄 I also enjoy cooking on the weekends and would be happy to share some meals if you’re into that too.
I work weekdays and am usually out early until late, so I’m often on the go, but I like to plan weekend activities to not stay indoors too long. I’m an active person, but also enjoy a peaceful home environment, so we’ll have a chill vibe in the apartment.
