I live in a fourplex in the beautiful neighborhood of Marda Loop! It’s close to 14th street and a 20 minute walk to 17th ave! Our unit is 1100sq feet, two bed rooms and is the main floor/upstairs unit. Shared furnished living room space, and shared art studio! I’d love to live with another artist. The unit is bright and sunny. Pink themed kitchen and bathroom. I am more than happy to redecorate the house to both our likings. Rent is 847.50 (utilities included), internet is with Telus ($40) each. Looking for March 1st, but could do sooner if needed. We share a Laundry machine with our neighbour downstairs who is also a female. There is also a small storage room downstairs.

Hi, My name is Riley. I am 26 year old nonbinary lesbian (I am female, I use they/them pronouns) in my last semester of my art degree at AuArts. I am looking for a roommate around my age! I have a grumpy cat named murmur who is 11 years old and does not get along with other pets. I clean my cats litter box twice a day every day, and sweep the floor near her box so there isn’t litter around the house or smell. I am allergic to weed, but I don’t care if you smoke weed outside :). I love pole dancing, DJing, making art, watching DVDs, going to raves/festivals, and hosting small board game nights. I don’t like hosting big parties, but I don’t mind having small gatherings of 10ish people once in a blue moon for drinks, board games, birthdays, Halloween and Christmas.
