I’m flexible with the preference of the room as long as I can continue to rent this place from my landlord so your room is your pick!

UNIT: One furnished bedroom in a 1bd plus 1 den plus 1bth apartment.

AVAILABLE DATE: January 31, 2025. PRICE: $1150 for the Den, or $1400 for the room. (Move in ASAP!). The internet and Hydro included. And the bike parking in our condo available for $40/year. You may also park your car for free at my workplace by Union station.

LOCATION: Blue Jays Way & Front St West; Downtown entertainment district. Roger Centre and CN tower. RENTAL TERMS: Off-lease roommate – Rent will be paid to me (leaseholder). There will be a written roommate agreement. This is not covered by the RTA.

RELATIONSHIP TO UNIT: Current tenant, leaseholder RENT CONTROL: Rent increases for this unit are capped at the annual provincial guideline because this unit was lived in before November 15, 2018.

• 1 month deposit. ABOUT THE PLACE: Spacious and bright 1+1 condo with various outdoor and indoor amenities. Just a quick walk to CN tower and Roger Centre. The room is furnished with a queen size bed in the master room and a twin bed in the Den, side table, chair, desk, dresser, mirror, and lamp. Beddings are available, as needed.

I’m on the lookout for a fun, sociable, and friendly roommate! You’ll be sharing the space with me, a Taiwanese immigrant who enjoys being social, keeps things tidy, and is always friendly. I work as a banquet bartender/ server for various social events like weddings and celebrations at hotels, mainly from Thursday to Sunday.

In addition to work, I’m studying at Toronto Metropolitan University. I’m 420 friendly, and smoking is permitted on our balcony. We have an amazing view of the CN Tower, complete with a table and 3 chairs on the carpet, making it a perfect spot to relax at home with 1-2 visitors anytime!
