Rooms are available in a really cute cottagey house located right across the Otanabee River. It’s a 6-bedroom house with 2 (technically 3) bathrooms. Good sized living room, decent kitchen, massive backyard, and nicely sized bedrooms. Common rooms have been furnished, though new furnishings might be on the way. Ample parking is available for those who drive. The house is right beside a bus stop and is situated just off a trail that takes you right to Trent University. Easily a walkable distance for those who are nature-forward! The kitchen has a dishwasher, which is a huge plus! There’s also laundry available on site and it isn’t coin-operated! Rent is 650 per month + utilities (though we’re on a well, so you don’t have to pay for water).
We’re all about the ness-es. Kind-ness, cleanli-ness and cool-ness lol sorry, terrible joke I know. We’re looking for people who match the vibe! Bad jokes aside, we are looking to find people we get along with. We are also looking to keep a reasonably clean place. We want to be able to hang out in the living room together and just chill (though if you’re looking to hang out in your room, that’s cool too!).
