A 3brm home where you will have access to 2 rooms and private bathroom. The house is clean and tidy. Has laundry machine. Utilities included. North side crystallina nera close to transit stops and parking on street only. Only renting to 1 person.

Only 1 person in my house. Myself and you is all. Roomie must respect my property and home. No overnight guests or visits, no smokers, no pets, no loud music. While I am home the tv will be set to my preference. Tv is provided also in 1 of 2 rooms for your use. Heat is set to maximum 21.5c. All common areas and bathrooms must be cleaned and kept tidy. Helping with clearing snow on path and lawn cutting and putting garbage out in alley is all necessary. I work out of town allot so mostly will be you in the home, when I am home I would spend most of the time watching tv relaxing. There will be no other people at the house.
