Myself and roomie is all. Roomie must respect my property and home. No overnight guests or visits, no smokers, No drugs, no pets, no loud music.It would be nice to socialize when at home so being talkative and sharing some interests would make the roomie situation feel more friendly Tv is provided also in your room for your use along with a desk and chair. All common areas and bathrooms must be cleaned and kept tidy. I work out of town as I’m a driver so mostly it will be you in the home, when I am home I would spend most of the time relaxing. There will be no other people at the house. My work tends to be my life and my hobbies usually take me to the USA. My favorite TV shows are star trek, Yellowstone, landman, lioness, Reacher. I watch allot of YouTube as well. You as the renter, I will require that you have employment that is verifiable. Respect for my home and paying rent on time please.
