Room Rental is on top floor of home and fully furnished with a Queen bed, a massive closest and your own washroom(see photo)(NO sharing with owner).
Home is also on main bus routes and groceries.

The kitchen can be used for light cooking. Your own cupboard space and 1/4 of the fridge space All Utilizes included and wi-fi NO smoking indoors NO pets allowed as I have a small pet already on premises and must be an Real animal lover. Parking on driveway back to back (so same day work schedule works best)

Female home owner works day hours- leaves at 7:30am and returns at around 6:30pm daily. She is the only person living in her home and 1 small pet She is asking for references and for you to be a full time professional, or a working co-op student on a 4-8month work placement in the area is ok also.
