Matthew's room

The house is located in East Vancouver and conveniently has a grocery store and 7-Eleven right across the street, along with a 5 minute walk to a SkyTrain station.

The room is furnished and should be available starting early/mid February but the move-in date is flexible.

The master bedroom comes with its own private bathroom and is $1,350 + utilities (usually ~$50).

As a heads-up, we do have downstairs neighbours who are the owners of a dog and a cat, and therefore no additional pet owners will be allowed unfortunately.
