It’s a walk up two bedroom on 2nd floor, older apartment. Furnished other than the bedroom that is available. There are 3 shelving units in the room. I have one declawed cat. must maintain a very clean bathroom. The place is not the prettiest but it’s good enough.

I’m a single woman, not looking for a buddy just a roommate. I have one declawed cat. I like rock/blues/metal. No hip hop. I don’t always wear clothing, warning in advance. Shared bathroom sucks but it’s what it is. They say no weed here but I used to all the time and I know the neighbours smoke.
