Carla's room

The property is a bright sun-filled two-bedroom apartment on the main floor of a multi-unit (7) dwelling. It is clean and recently renovated with new appliances (fridge stove dishwasher) and there are laundry machines in the building. It has a 4 peice washroom and shared storage. The neighbours are nice and also quiet and the landlord is good. Just a few steps to Yonge Street, transit, shopping and a walking distance to Mill Pond. Parking (1) in the driveway. The room is smaller and would only accomodate 1 person or a mom with an infant might work. It is furnished with a single bed and a desk(optional) and has a built in closet.

I am a quiet single mom with a teenage son who lives here p/t and is moving away for school. I also am studying and would I’d like to share the apartment as I enjoy having people around but am also very quiet. I like to read, study, meditate.
