Hi there! My two roomates are looking for a 3rd to take over my lease.
🛋️ Fully Loaded Pad: Our flat is fully furnished – washer, dryer, dishwasher, and a balcony with a park view.
🛏️ Your Cozy Room: Big room with a shared bathroom - a bathtub is available in the other bathroom. Plus, we’ve got a nice living room with a free desk for your work/study/game.
🗺️ Location: The place is well served with a bus stop right outside the apartment going straight to Concordia (9mn with 165 or 166, 465 during peak hour) and close to Côte des Neiges metro station.
📆 Availability: Room’s good to go from February 16th! Looking for someone for Feb-April (incl.), renewable.
