About the House This charming townhouse is fully furnished and beautifully maintained by the landlord and her family. It’s cozy yet spacious, with a perfect blend of historic character and modern convenience:

Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a large dining table – perfect for hosting dinners or enjoying a meal with roommates. Living Spaces: First Floor: A large living room with two comfy couches and a TV. Second Floor: Another cozy living space with a large couch and TV. Third Floor: A serene balcony for relaxing or unwinding after a long day. Washing and drying machine included. Neighborhood: Located on a beautiful, quiet street with neighborhood vibes, it’s a little oasis of calm in the middle of the bustling city. Location Perks 5 minute walk from the Eaton Centre, amazing restaurants, cafes, and nightlife. Short walk to TMU and UofT campuses, making it ideal for students or young professionals. About Us You’ll be sharing the house with three relaxed and easy-going roommates:

Roommate 1: Recent UofT grad, actor, musician, and creative type with a love for adventure and sports (especially hockey). Roommate 2: Recent UofT grad studying biology, passionate about nature and animals, pursuing graduate studies. Roommate 3: TMU student studying business, a math/coding whiz who loves music, memes, and hockey. We’ve lived here for a year and a half and absolutely love it. Our home vibe is relaxed, social, and respectful. Communication is key for us – we hold monthly check-ins to keep everything running smoothly and share responsibilities like taking out the trash and unloading the dishwasher.
