About the room
There are 2 rooms available immediately in a 3 bed, 2.5 bath house with detached garage, fenced yard, and finished basement that I am currently renting in Cranston, SE Calgary. The lease is year to year, turning over at the end of June. I am hoping to find one or two people to move in asap, and would like to sign on for another year come July. Rent is $2400+ utilities, to be split evenly but I may be willing to cover a bit more it needed.
About the roomies
I’m a 28 year old male with a 4 year old French Brittany (medium sized dog) - he is friendly and fairly docile at home but does have a lot of energy. I work full time as a Fisheries Biologist and fly fishing guide. Not home a lot during warmer months, stay busy tying flies and working out in the winter. House is kept clean. Cheers!
