Prospective tenants will be required to fill out a standard residential rental application form 410 (Ontario Real Estate Association). Application requirements include: credit check and score, 3 consecutive pay stubs, employment references, landlord and personal references. (form available free online for reference). Please come prepared. Upon successful application, tenant will be required to forward first and last month’s rent, key deposit and obtain tenant insurance.
