All residents expected to maintain cleaning of all common areas.

Prospective tenants will be required to fill out a standard residential rental application form 410 (Ontario Real Estate Association). Application requirements include: credit check and score, proof of funds, 3 months pay stubs, prior and present employment references, prior and present landlord references, etc. (form available free online for reference)
Upon successful application tenant will be required to send first and last month’s rent, key deposit and obtain tenant insurance.
