You will have a large, well-lit and fully furnished private space to yourself, about 310 sq.ft, with a shared kitchen, bath, and laundry in a character home. Furnishings are shown in the photos. The bed is a high-quality Sealy Queen pillowtop. There is the possibility of setting up a sort of kitchenette for yourself in your own space. I have a bar fridge, microwave, hot plate, and other small appliances available. I’m open to the possibility of bringing some of your own furniture, which we would discuss before an agreement is made. A utility sink will be available in the storage room next to your space if you choose to use it.

Another possibility is the use of a pee-only-potty in a closet (not shown) within your own private space (lobby area, outside your main room). There is some storage available for you outside your personal space. There’s a small backyard to share as well. An entry is available through the back of the house if you like, though I use it to go into the backyard.

If you are a student, it’s about 20 minutes to SAIT and 30 to UofC by bus, both Main Campuses. Looking for a male ideally, but not necessarily. Most important is that there’s a good vibe between us when we meet :-)
