Rent is 1100, which includes all utilities + internet. Lots of storage space available in a detached garage, also covered parking if you drive a smaller car/suv. Preferably looking for a female roommate, who is a young professional, but would also be open to a male, given the right circumstances.

I am super busy and find joy in coming home to a clean and organized space and would ideally like to live with someone who values the same things. Must sign 6 month lease.
