Hello! we have a private room availlable in Vancouver ready to start on February 1st. The room includes desk, bed, chair, mini-fridge, shelving, closet and private bathroom. There are neareby grocery stores, cafe, restaurants, parks and gyms. Close to bus stop 33 which takes you to 29th station or King Edward Station (Canada line). Rent price is for one person at $1,300 includes utilities. Deposit is $650. Langara college is a walking distance from the house and UBC bus on route by the house also. 15 minute drive to the airport and 15 to 20 minute drive to downtown Vancouver. Ideal place for students at Langara College, and UBC or students who go to school downtown, young professionals or people who work full time. This room is available to start on February 1st.
