Townhouse built in the 70s and never renovated. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 half baths). You would have access to one half bathroom and share the full bathroom (we all use that shower but only one other person stores toiletries and stuff). Washing machine and dryer in the home. The room (and the whole house honestly) has big windows and gets a ton of sunlight. It comes furnished with a queen bed, bedside table, desk, office chair, bookshelf/dresser, and a mini fridge. We could remove some furniture by request for the right roommate.

Three queer stoners in our early to mid twenties. A lesbian couple a who share the largest bedroom and their best friend who you’d share a bathroom with. Two of us are studying at UofC and the other is working a blue collar job. We’re close friends and we run our household pretty communally. We buy groceries together and often cook for the whole house. We also have an indoor cat named Puffin.
