I have a 4 bdrm, 3 bath home in Barnhartvale and am currently looking to rent out a room. You’d have your choice between three rooms. Shared kitchen and living quarters, but there is a living room and dedicated workout room in the basement you would be free to use.

House was recently renovated in 2023 with brand new kitchen and bathrooms. Brand new A/C unit that blows very cold for the summer months. Plenty of storage space. Can rent out the double-car garage for an additional amount as well.

I’m a 33 year old male who owns and lives at the property. Work from home in my backyard office, and I keep to myself. I’m often at the gym, boxing, playing racquet sports, or hiking and spending time outdoors.

I’m very clean and am laid back. Don’t drink, party, or smoke, and I’m looking for someone who will match this vibe. Student friendly and preferred, but will absolutely consider other tenants.
