Ross's room

It is a house that is an 8 min drive or a 25 min bus to Carleton with a stop a 30 second walk away. It is a 6 person house and if you were to move in there would only be 5 poeple so there is lots of space. The living rooms, kitchen, garage (hangout spot) is all fully furnished, if you did have communal furniture there is a crawl space that has tons of storage or we could even incorperate it into the setup. The room you would be renting is aprox. 10 by 12 ft + closet storage. 2 shared bathrooms usually 2 people get the bottom bathroom and 3 share the top.

we are currently 4 people looking for a 5th roomate, one of the girls is moving out so we are currently trying to find her replacement but we dont have a gender preference. there are currently 3 guys and a girl here. Ross(me), Kelsey, Carter, and Dagan. We all go to Carleton and are looking for someone to sublet a room from March 1st (or earlier) until July 1st. We are looking for someone who isnt sensative to noise because we are all usually up late doing our own thing such as watching TV or doing school, that being said we arent insanley loud. With a big house and being 5 people we need someone who cleans up after themselves. We’re all pretty chill and talkitive and hangout downstairs or in the garage where there is a projector; so if you were similary extroverted that would be cool :)
