Ross's room

It is a house that is an 8 min drive or a 25 min bus to Carleton with a stop a 30 second walk away. It is a 6 person house. The living rooms, kitchen, garage (hangout spot) is all fully furnished, if you did have communal furniture there is a crawl space that has tons of storage or we could even incorporate it into the setup. The rooms are 8 by 10 ft and 10 by 12 ft + closet storage. 2 shared bathrooms.

We go to Carleton and are looking for someone to sublet a room for a year lease. We are looking for someone who isnt sensative to noise because we are all usually up late doing our own thing such as watching TV or doing school, that being said we arent insanley loud. With a big house and being 6 people we need someone who cleans up after themselves. We’re all pretty chill and talkitive and hangout downstairs or in the garage where there is a projector; so if you were similary extroverted that would be cool :)
