I have the master room (and pay more in rent), but you would have the other bedroom, with your own washroom (includes a bathtub and shower), good closet space and a nice view of the city.

The apartment includes in-suite laundry, a modern kitchen with updated appliances (dishwasher, stove, fridge, but NO microwave), and a spacious living area.

I have a super friendly and well-behaved cat, named Penelope. My roommate who’s moving out had a cat, so my cat is definitely used to having another cat in the house.
