Bedroom has good sized window facing the back yard. Hardwood flooring. Space for a queen bed, desk and book shelves. Tv mount. Good sized closet with shelves. 1/2 room or den is upstairs. Small closet, sloped short ceiling but it’s spacious and you can walk around and there’s a large window. Carpeted. Hydro is negotiable as den needs to be cooled and heated independently.

There is a family that rents the basement suite. Front and back yards shared with family.
