Silver Crest Drive NW

Shared accommodation in Silversprings NW Calgary close to several amenities, parks and bike paths. C Train station is about a 5 min drive away and bus stop right around the corner. Overflow parking is available and plenty of street parking too. I’m looking for one roommate who is clean/respectful and will not mind being around my kids aged 12&14 who are with me two weeks out of the month. The room fits a queen size bed and a few other things. If you need it to be furnished I can accommodate.

Me and my two sons aged 12 & 14 who are friendly but respect each other’s privacy too. We get out often and will not be constantly stepping over each other. If we share the same diet we could possibly do a meal together once and while to money on food costs.
