The house is a 2 story home which has 4 bedrooms and 3 washrooms. There is a small common area near the backdoor. The laundry area and kitchen is shared. The room for rent is the master bedroom. The room is unfurnished but a mini fridge will be provided. The nearst bus stop is 8 minutes away. 1 bus away from Sheridan college. Close to mount pleasant go, walmart, no frills, shoppers drug mart and fresh co. A quiet neighbourhood as well. We are available for tours. The lease is until the end of august.
