1 room in a lovely 2 bedroom with shared backyard space. Room dimensions are 12ft 5 in x 8 ft 6in with a large closet. There is a washer and dryer in the basement (shared with downstairs tenants, not coin operated), and 1 parking space is available. The unit is up a flight of stairs. The lease goes until August with the possibility to renew. There’s storage space downstairs and a shared backyard and patio. There’s also a spare room that we can share use of for storage or that can be converted into a home office.
About the roomies
I’m a 27 year old queer and neurodivergent professional. I will mostly be out of the house from 7-5:30 Mon-Fri, but work from home 1-2 days per week. I love board games, video games, ttrpgs, and the arts. You would also be living with a snuggly 2 year old cat named Touton.
