Looking for a male roommate to sign a lease until at least end of June 2025.

Private room in a shared suite. Can be furnished with bed and bedroom furniture, if desired, or empty.

Big living room with cozy gas fireplace.

New flooring and paint in the kitchen.

Lots of street parking. Older neighbourhood, but quiet. Big trees and big lot.

Very central, close to everything and very easy to quickly get anywhere in Airdrie, or about 1 minute to get on the highway to Calgary.

In the suite: friendly and respectful, fairly quiet, working male in my 20s. I work Monday - Friday during the day. When I’m not working, I’m a gamer and spend a fair bit of time in my room. I am good at giving space or socializing, and can get along with pretty well anyone. I have a couch and TV set up in the living room that you’ll be welcome to use.

Upstairs suite: a family with young kids. They’re friendly and nice.
