You’ll have your own private room/ bathroom and the basement all to yourself most of the time as I only use it for storage and laundry. No kitchen but fridge and freezer available as counter space just for you (all in the basement). You’ll be able to use toaster/kettle/blender and air fryer or any electric small appliances of your own. Semi-furnished.

I’m a full time working single mom of a toddler and we have a very friendly dog. Our mornings start early and our days usually end early too. You can expect a quiet ambient most days. It’s a family type of environment. I’m very easy going and appreciate my privacy but love to socialize and make new friends if comes to that :)
