Commercial Drive

Beautiful 3 bedroom character house just off commercial near trout lake. wood burning fireplace, high ceilings big windows, a piano, dishwasher, onsite laundry shared with downstairs, big patio, claw foot bath tub, big trees, amazing artsy neighbourhood - very short walk to the train station!

I have one room available August 1st. It can be furnished if you want! The other roomie is in his 20s - audio engineer former student at my school - very chill and kind fellow. I’m just graduated from SAE institute, for audio engineering and music production. I will be gone a large portion of the summer - stage managing and doing artist transport. I also freelance audio engineering/production and DJ.

I spend most of my downtime working on creative projects at home but love to be social too! I’m looking for someone who values balance—able to connect and have a friendship while also respecting personal space.

I’m all about artsy, motivated, and positive energy. Ideally, you’re passionate about your craft and striving to reach your goals, just like us! We are communicative and chill and respect each other - allowing each other to be our nerdy audio selves. Home needs to be a place that you can be you!

And of course—you MUST love cats! 🐱 They’re part of the package, so if you’re not a cat person, this probably won’t work out (but if you are, you’ll be their new best friend).
