Commercial Drive

Beautiful 3 bedroom character house just off commercial. I dont have it locked in for sure yet, but if this doesn’t work out I have a couple others I’m looking at :). East Van or burnaby.

Hey peeps ✨️!! I am looking at 3 bedroom places and will be looking to fill 2 of the rooms. I am a student at SAE for audio engineering and music production. I don’t really do much else other than make music and sing to my cats. I do like to be social though! So I’d like someone that we can have a friendship but also our own personal space. Artsy, music peeps to the front 🙌 need an inspiring, motivating and positive space. Ideally your also a passionate person who is also striving to be the best they can. I’ve lived alone for the passed 3 years, and have enjoyed my solitude but now I’d like to share space with someone with similar goals and values. There are 2 places I have at the top of my list - one (burnaby) the room would be ~1000 and the other house (right off commercial) ~1300. At this point neither of these are a for sure thing but that gives you an idea. You MUST love my cats or this will not work 🤣.
