Private room with attached bathroom for rent for 1 person in a 3 bedroom house. The room is on the 1st floor, well lit and large wardrobe for storage. Kitchen and backyard will be shared with us. The kitchen is well equipped with all appliances and you are free to use them for cooking. We are a couple staying in the house and would like to have working professional or student who is quiet and clean. It is a beautiful modern house and has 1.5g internet speed. New comers are welcome. Parking if needed is available on the driveway.
