Hi there! I have a private bedroom available in a 2 bedroom apartment. It has a closet and roof fan. The apartment has an in suite laundry and shared bathroom. Apartment is on the 3rd floor and over looks a bush and soccer fields. Elevator is available and a visitor parking spot if needed. Room currently has stuff in it but would be empty and cleaned. I’m am 37 year old single male. Very quiet and tidy individual. I have a dog and cat that are both very cool animals. We can have our own space or chill and watch a movie if we want. I am considered a funny guy and like to go out with friends.

The roomie should also be a quiet, clean and tidy person. The building I am in is a quiet building and we can’t make much noise. No friends or partners coming over for visits. You’d need to go out to visit them like I would out of respect for each other. This is a none smoking or weed property. You can do that off the property though.
