-looking for a student or couple who is clean, kind and respectful, chill vibes, likes cats -no families or dogs preferred -in-unit laundry, dishwasher, coat closet and storage -large kitchen will be shared, cupboards and fridge split in half -3 month rental term minimum, with option of longer term agreement -utilities and wifi extra -available March 1st -close to trails, Grand river, bus stop and easy downtown access -no smoking in unit but we have a garden
