El's room

It’s a top floor of a house with a large kitchen and living room / dining area with a nice layout. Residential street with Brentwood Mall 10 minutes walking distance away. Small bedroom, but lovely common areas.

I am looking for a roommate for the 2nd bedroom in this 2 bed 2 bath unit. I’m a creative and have a cat. I like to keep my place neat and tidy and bright and am looking for a likeminded roommate. Imagine modern meets boho meets artsy. I like yoga, paddle boarding and play the guitar.
